Dr. Mooney discovered my issues and took care of everything in double-quick time compared to experiences I have had with other doctors. Very patient with explaining issues, procedures, and follow-up care.
Awesome service! From the check-in, through the surgery, to check-out. Staff is very courteous and informative, and made the procedure go smoothly. 5-stars service!
Being a retired Post Op surgical RN, I do give the RNs 5 stars for their care & concerns. The surgeon was in a better mood with the second cataract surgery, preop that is. S/O are in the waiting room, not allowed in the preop area. They are allowed in recovery for the discharge instructions. The facility's preop/ holding area is a large room w curtain dividers between patients. My husband had cataract surgery @ SCA Premier Surgery center, in December. Their facility had private preop/ post op rooms & allowed your s/o with you. Plus the anesthesia group @ SCA had a better plan of care for sedation. And the out of pocket cost was alot less at SCA, after Medicare pays.
I was only going to give it 4 stars because no one called me to tell me the time of surgery for my second surgery. However the staff was so outstanding I gave them 5 stars and forgave them for that one little glitch. The receptionist and all the nurses were so very kind and compassionate. Shout out the Amber the anesthesiologist. She was amazing. I highly recommend them.
