they were friendly Helpful they put My mind at ease with My Cataract surgery
I had cataract surgery at this place recently, and was pleasantly surprised as to how nice and efficient everyone was. Things moved smoothly from start to finish and I am scheduled for my second one in a few days. I highly recommend this place.
The doctors and other staff members are helpful and courteous.

Things move very fast once you are taken back and prepped for cataract surgery. I did feel somewhat like a number. But just a bit. No one can go back with you and cell phones need to be left with your person driving you. Or you have to turn it off completely. I agree with that part! The only thing was the plastic piece they put over your eye for protection was a very cheaply made cover and wasn’t comfortable and you wear it at bedtime. There isn’t a way to attach it to your face unless you use paper or surgical tape. Regardless it hurts when it comes off! So maybe have your own eye patch ready for at home. Plus they want you to bring the plastic cover back for your second eye surgery. I paid quite a bit for the laser surgery, and for a small vision correction. Surely they could afford a better eye cover and for the patient not to have to bring it back. Anyway that’s the couple or so issues I had with the Bluegrass Eye Surgery center.
