Bluegrass Surgery and Laser Center is a 10,000 square foot freestanding surgical facility dedicated to total eye care, from comprehensive eye exams to cataract surgery. We have been a fixture in the Louisville community since our inception in September 2000. We are committed to safe, high-quality, patient-centered care delivered by a highly engaged team.

Our commitment to retina procedures is evidenced by our exclusive NGENUITY 3D Visualization System that allows our surgeons to visualize high-quality 3D images on a single screen, as well as the key parameters to monitor during the surgery.
